Advocating wellness in Chicagoland from Palos Heights to Palatine, Advocate Health Care is an integrated health care network with more than 200 sites serving the Chicago area. Advocate's operations include nearly a dozen acute and specialty care hospitals (including Christ Medical Center, Hope Children's Hospital, and Lutheran General Hospital) with 3,500 beds, as well as community health clinics and home health care and hospice services. Advocate also has teaching affiliations with area medical schools such as the University of Illinois at Chicago. The health system includes physician medical groups with nearly 500 members, as well as thousands of affiliated doctors.
